This program is designed to satisfy the EMT Refresher component of the renewal for NJ Emergency Medical Technicians. The program is run in three eight-hour blocks (parts A, B, and C) and partial credit can be obtained for each 8-hour units for the program.

Course Length: 24 hours (Traditional: three 8-hour blocks or Hybrid: around 3 hours online and 5 hours of skills training)
Intended Audience: NJ EMT’s looking to recertify their credential. Also out-of-state EMT’s who need a NREMT refresher course, or a NJ MD/RN/PA that needs an EMT card, and would like to obtain one by taking EMT Refresher and challenging the state exam.
Pre-Requisites: Current BLS/CPR card
