Monitor

You wisely keep decide to watch the patient from a short distance. She seizes briefly, but since she is strapped down on the stretcher she is not in any danger of hurting herself.

After about a minute, the patient stops shaking and simply stares at the ceiling. After a brief assessment, you determine she is breathing adequately, but place a non-rebreather mask on her anyway. She also begins to blink and move her eyes slightly.

You pull into the hospital bay and bring your patient into the emergency room. She seems to be a little more lucid, and the ER staff take over her care. As you walk out of the hospital, Mortimer approaches you.

Mortimer: "Err... I'm sorry about the suction Bob. I can't believe I forgot it - I feel like a rookie!"

Bob: "Err.... it's OK Mortimer. We all forget something occasionally."

Mortimer: "Uh... Bob... Can we keep this between us? I don't want to be known as the company screw up! After all, I have a reputation to uphold."

You have about 1000 very good reasons to give Mortimer a dose of reality, but you decide to hold back.

Bob: "Yes Mortimer, you do have a reputation, but's it's safe with me... Come on - this is one of those rare occasions where I volunteer to buy the coffee!"
