If you’re a Less Stress Instructional Services affiliated instructor, submitting your courses for processing is easy.  Please use the following forms for classroom use:

Procedure for AHA course submission:

• Teach program according to AHA guidelines
• Submit student data online for processing
• Mail course roster, plus one skills sheet of the appropriate type and a course evaluation for each student back to Less Stress Instructional Services
• Be sure to have adhered to all AHA Guidelines identified on the Course Roster

Course Supplies and Equipment:

Remember, AHA guidelines require that students have a manual before, during, and after the course.  Purchase your manuals, manikins, mask mouthpieces, and other supplies by clicking the image to the right.  Fast delivery is available on various CPR training products and supplies.
