You ask Mortimer to get lung sounds on the patient. He ausculatates the patient's chest for awhile, and seems to be having difficulty...

Mortimer: "I don't hear an...."

Bob: "Your scope is in your ears backwards Mortimer."

Mortimer flips his scope around and listens again. He smiles and reports lung sounds in all fields.
