Mortimer turns the flowmeter to ten liters after he places the nasal cannula on the patient. The resulting hurricane of O2 flying up her nose causes her head to inflate like a balloon and explode.

OK... that isn't exactly realistic, but what's the fun of this simulator if Mortimer dosen't maim at least one patient?
