The first job...

You get in the truck and open the bay door. As you pull out of the building, you hear all of the other units call into service:

BLS 4 - "BLS 4, we're in service and available..."

BLS 3 - "BLS 3... we're available - for the third consecutive shift <grumble>"

You call your unit in service as you pull the ambulance towards Mercy City's main street. Your first call of the day comes in over the radio:

Dispatcher - "Base to all units: unconscious/unresponsive at 495 Eternarest Ave. Who's closest?"

You figure your unit is most likely the closest ambulance to that location.

Bob: "BLS 2 - we're a couple of minutes out - we'll take it!"

BLS 3: "BLS 3 - we're not too far - we'll back up BLS 2."

Dispatcher - "Received - I have medics responding."

495 Eternarest Ave is the Evans Funeral Home. It's a large house with a small staircase entrance. From the amount of parked cars outside you figure they are having a service. You pull up to the address and call on-scene. What do you want to bring with you to work this job?
