The bystanders

You turn to one of the bystanders for information. He seems anxious, as if wanting to help but not knowing how to.

What would you like to ask him?

What happened?
Did he fall or hit his head?
What did you do for him?

After interviewing the bystander, you get a better idea of what happened. Armed with this information, you decide to:

Pull traction on the leg
Stabilize the head
Splint the leg with a straight splint
Begin oxygen therapy
