Greet patient

You decide to introduce yourself to the patient and see what the problem is.

Bob: "Hello madam, my name is Bob and I'm from the ambulance service. What seems to be the trouble today?"

Woman: "I... I don't know. I feel a little lightheaded. I think I passed out for a second or two."

Bystander: "More like a minute or two. She was shaking like crazy too! I think she had one of those convulsions!"

The woman looks a little confused, and she looks around in a daze. Mortimer arrives with the stretcher and some additional equipment at this point. What now Bob?
