Daycare Centers / Nursery Schools

Requirements:

• State of NJ: Licensure requires presence of CPR/First Aid trained provider at all times that children are being taken care of.
• State of NJ: Licensure requires that employees have a yearly inservice on fire safety and fire escape procedures.

Program compliance:

CPR & First Aid training - A variety ot programs to suit the needs of any center. Most commonly, daycare providers take a combination of Pediatric CPR and Basic First Aid.

Fire Safety - A short session on use of extinguishers, escape procedures, and basic fire physiology.
